Recent web research has shown that a direct correlation exists between good data visualization and user experience. But how exactly do we leverage and present data to improve UX? On the 3rd of March, Third & Grove teamed up with strategists from Social Driver to help offer our audience some Dos, Don’ts and tools in the pursuit of great data-driven user experience (DDUX).
Our webinar covered the four pillars of DDUX: Usability (presenting data that is easily and quickly digested), Creativity (using personal data to customize users’ experience), Compatibility (helping your users easily achieve their goals) and Shareability (optimizing the dissemination of your message). We also offered real-world examples of data-driven UX design in the work we’ve carried out for clients like Benefit Cosmetics, the DC government, Intuit’s Mint.com, Stanford University, and MagMutual.
