By the Numbers: Third & Grove in 2016

2016 has turned out to be one of the most important and challenging years in Third & Grove's history. We have grown considerably, faced and overcome many challenges, set and then beaten aggressive sales records three times, stirred up a good bit of useful controversy, announced an exciting partnership to build the world's next-generation, content-driven commerce platform with two leaders in the enterprise space, and built some incredible solutions for a growing roster of amazing clients.

I feel a deep pride in the scale of our team's accomplishments this year. Our clients have challenged us, trusted us, and partnered with us on some amazing digital innovations. TAG's employees have pushed forward and met challenges with grace, enthusiasm, humor, and purpose.

I am also proud that our unique culture of engineering – our desire to learn from each other and get a little better each and every day – now permeates the culture of our entire company, from our production designers to our digital strategists to our project managers.

If we stay humble, if we stay ambitious, and if we stay true to our own values, I am confident TAG will continue to thrive and help our clients do amazing digital things.
