The management of serious asthma is especially acute in children as these patients may not be equipped to advocate on their behalf and properly manage their condition. When the physician-founder of Tueo Health set out to disrupt the $20 billion dollar asthma industry she focused on improving the collection and monitoring of asthma indicators that patients could use to better treat themselves and better inform their wellness management.
Tueo's innovative monitoring solution involves a non-contact sensor placed in a child's bedroom to collect data on asthma indicators, breathing, and wellness. Modern technology offers monitoring tools that provide data never before available in medical treatment. But how the data is used, curated, and displayed is just as critical as collecting the data itself. The Tueo team turned to Third & Grove to develop a mobile interface for the data.
After several rounds of discovery, competitive analysis, and jam sessions, our design & UX team began rapidly prototyping different approaches to the mobile experience. Because we design completely in-medium we were able to collect highly valuable feedback from interactive prototypes early in the process, feedback that is normally only available after an app is launched to the public. Static comps have no place at Third & Grove.
The beautiful design that our team created for the mobile experience speaks for itself. Take a look!
