AromaTech was about to launch a new product that would cement its position at the top – but budgetary constraints required a tightly focused approach. The challenge was maximizing website ROI while helping users understand and purchase scent-based products online with confidence.

Approach

Third and Grove and AromaTech prioritized key product pages for a design refresh in time for holiday shopping. Motion animation was used to give these pages impact and help users visualize the distinctive plumes of these diffusers in their homes.

UX work focused on making it easier for users to search and sort their way through product offerings, helping overcome a major consumer obstacle – how to purchase scent-based products online with confidence.
