The Goal

Grande Cosmetics, a leader in lash care, sought to bolster their online presence to maintain their leadership and extend brand awareness. Grande wanted to inject their site with educational content and add unique branded elements to enhance customer loyalty and drive repeat business.

The Solution

Grande Cosmetics’ digital experience was upgraded to emphasize the company’s distinct position as a lash care leader. We designed and developed their new Shopify site, creating a compelling modular framework for them to leverage the brand’s expertise and effectiveness. We strategically improved their site navigation to engage and educate customers while deepening Grande’s brand awareness.

We brought the high-fidelity engagement from Grande's D2C site to their B2B site, giving the B2B audience the same upgraded experience as Grande's everyday customers. The seamless experience throughout the B2B, D2C and UK stores can be managed from a single theme, allowing Grande to easily implement uniform changes across the sites and customers to make continuous branded purchases for their businesses.

Effortless Product Discovery

Grande’s renewed brand experience streamlines the customer journey, guiding them to discover the ideal product for their needs. Upgraded imagery, including prominent before and after photos, showcases clinical results and demonstrates each product’s effectiveness, bolstering customer confidence in each purchase.

A Focus on Mobile

Because mobile interactions drive most of Grande’s traffic, we incorporated fluid motion and key UX and UI design elements from desktop to mobile for a cohesive brand experience.

Accentuating What's Real

The new site includes improved social integration, highlighting educational videos and influencers to demonstrate optimal product use and show real product results through before and after images.
