The Challenge
Titan aimed to re-platform and migrate three distinct brands from SFCC to Shopify to create an improved shopping experience. They sought a unified architecture to elevate and streamline their merchandising efforts.

The Solution
During the SFCC-to-Shopify migration of Titan’s three brands, the sites were developed in parallel, creating a digital architecture supporting multi-site creation. The multi-site migration and customizable content management system translate to increased merchandising agility, upgrading customer engagement for each brand.

One Architecture, Three Sites
Based on the core architecture of Titan Fitness, modules were created for Titan’s two other brands, Ash & Ember and Titan Attachments. This multi-site system preserved each brand's unique look and feel while creating a more robust commerce experience.
Quality Products Shine Through Repurposed Architecture
A high-quality UX and UI shopping experience was delivered across Titan’s brands with a single repurposed architecture. This work supports the company’s aim of disrupting the high-cost product market through improved logistics, product acquisition and superior service.
A Flexible Navigation System
Universal navigation and impactful visuals throughout all three sites support each product story, making the path to purchase smoother for customers. Improved SEO across the product pages makes it easier to discover Titan’s products.
