Client Overview
Littler is the largest global employment and labor law practice with attorneys and offices all around the world. For 80+ years Littler has been recognized in the industry as a leading and innovative law practice.
The Goal
Redesign and upgrade Littler’s website with a modern CMS and enhanced UX to better reflect the firm’s brand, expertise, and global presence while improving user pathways, implementing best-in-class content management, and increase audience engagement.

The Challenge
Despite a refreshed brand identity in 2019, Littler’s website remained on an outdated technical foundation. The site struggled with:
- Limited flexibility in content management, making updates time-consuming.
- User experience challenges, with unclear navigation and user pathways.
- Lack of scalability to support Littler’s evolving global presence and services.
- An aging CMS that hindered performance, security, and integrations.
Littler needed a modernized, client-centric digital platform that aligned with its brand, improved usability, and provided greater control over content while reinforcing its reputation in the industry.
The Solution
TAG executed a full website redesign and CMS migration, creating a modern, scalable, and user-friendly digital platform. The new site features streamlined navigation, improved search functionality, and a future-forward design that cements Littler’s brand as a global innovation leader. Additionally, the upgraded CMS enhances content management efficiency, while strategic UX optimizations and improved user pathways help users find and explore that content.
A versatile library of over 30 components, supported by a well-defined global design system, empowers content authors with both creative freedom and clear guidance. To elevate the branded experience further, a custom photoshoot delivered a unique, ownable photography library that brings originality and cohesion to the site.
“TAG kept us on track throughout the project ensuring discovery, documentation, and development went smoothly.”
